By visiting our site and/ or purchasing the German course from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).
For the details of each offer, see the product descriptions.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these courses. The contract is concluded by accepting the offer via the offer in the shopping cart, by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
The condition for an effective conclusion of the contract is always that the order process is completed.
For the Standard Courses (Individual Standard, Company & Groups Standard) a one-time course fee is due. Here, the agreed course fee is due with the purchase of the course.
Recurring Payments / Subscriptions (Individual Weekly, Company & Groups Monthly) are subject to a weekly Individual fee or Company & Groups monthly fee. The further weekly / monthly course-fees will then be deducted at the date on which the course was purchased
(for example weekly: purchase on Monday, due on Monday.)
(Example monthly: purchase on 05.10 – due date of the course fees on the 5th of each month).
The payment of the standard rates is possible by credit card, Sofortüberweisung or PayPal. We use the provider Cashlink.
Subscriptions (Flexible Courses) are possible via Sepa debit or credit card. Cashlink gets access to the invoice name and the invoice amount.
It is not possible to cancel the standard courses. For these courses, a fee for the participation in the course is paid once.
A cancellation of subscriptions is weekly (Individual) latest on Tuesday of the week 18:00 CET / UTC + 1. and monthly (Company & Groups) (2 working days before the end of the month 18:00 CET / UTC + 1).
The termination takes place at email@example.com
The contract is concluded exclusively in electronic commerce via the shop system. The presented offers represent a non-binding invitation to submit an offer through the customer order, which the provider can then accept.
The order process for concluding the contract includes the following steps in the shop system:
Selection of the offer in the desired specification (Individual, Company & Groups, Standard, weekly / monthly)
Insert the offer in the cart with “sign up”
Enter the billing and delivery address
Selection of the payment method
Review and processing of the order and all entries
Press the button ‘bezahlen’ or ‘pay’
Confirmation email that order has arrived
By sending the order confirmation the contract is concluded.
The standard course lasts 3 months. It can be extended by requesting weekly breaks (via email to firstname.lastname@example.org) for up to 8 weeks. In the breaks, there is no support in the form of homework correction or answering questions.
The subscriptions have a time limit of 3 years, but can be prolonged by the provider as a goodwill gesture.
